I think the old map of Gruzia is correct; don't forget that those two states (or Gruzian regions, no matter how to say) were recognized as independent ones by 5 members of UNO. Also pls keep in mind that the Veps language is spoken in Russia (a state recognized Abkhazia and South Ossetia as free countries), that's why I'm so straight on this way.
