It's better to create two new categories (for a while without interwiki): «Kategorii:Venäman lidnad (de fakto)» (it's going up to «Kategorii:Venäman lidnad») and «Kategorii:Ukrainan lidnad (de jure)» (it's going up to «Kategorii:Ukrainan lidnad»). Such as in [[Belogorsk (Krim)|Belogorsk]] and [[Bahčisarai]]. I have been forgotten about policy at all, and you?
